Bio

Ellie Rand is a freshman student-athlete at Syracuse University, where she plays tennis. She is studying magazine, news, and digital journalism on the sports media and communications track with additional minors in political science and sports management. On campus, she makes graphics for Citrus TV, reports on women's volleyball and rowing for The Daily Orange, and reports on various campus events and issues, including sports, for NewsHouse. She is also an intern for Sports Radio America, where she reports on Syracuse men's and women's basketball and produces media graphics, videos, and other content.
